TM real, spol. s r. o. (TM real, Ltd.) as a developer has built the CITY PARK shopping center in Levice which is located in Turecký rad street with a rentable area of about 10,100 square meters and 282 parking spaces. It was opened on 19th of April 2012. The tenants of the shopping center are: New Yorker, dm drogerie markt, GATE, Deichmann, Takko, JYSK, Planeo Elektro, KiK, Dráčik, Super Zoo, Pepco, pharmacy, Glamour, Novomatic, NAY Elektrodom, Intersport, Caffe Maxis
CITY PARK Trnava
A new City Park shopping center on Trstínska cesta street in Trnava was ceremoniously opened by our company on 24th of November 2016. Within the area of more than 10,500 square meters, visitors will find the brands of Billa, H&M, Okay Electro, Super Zoo, Exi-Sport, Delikateso chocolate and desserts, Green Design flower shop, Drewmax furniture store, Orion household, KiK clothes and accessories, T-Press, dm drogerie markt, Kärcher, Takko Fashion, Bepon, Pepco clothes, VÚB Bank (INTESA SANPAOLO) and ČSOB bank. The shopping center also includes the coffee shop STREET CAFE, the CITY PARK pharmacy or the GASPARIK delicatessen with the shop itself.
